Kristina creates and oversees digital campaigns and activities, utilizing a combination of planning, strategy and execution (also working for Lambda Legal, the oldest and largest national legal organization committed to achieving full recognition of the civil rights of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, transgender people and people with HIV). She leverages data and audience insight to bring innovative approaches and solutions to a client’s property and platform, including websites/microsites, digital campaigns, email marketing, social media, search, video and UX/UI.
In a writing career spanning 10 years with work read in over 96 countries, moreover, Kristina has covered fashion, entertainment, music, and more. As an entrepreneur, she worked with the likes of Bobby Womack, Giovanni DeCunto, and Waking Ideas. In July 2012, Kristina acted as an Editor for the Impresario e-book published by Seth Godin and released to his list of 250,000+ subscribers. In October 2012, she was named the “Woman of the Week” by prominent brand consultant, Carrie Cunnington. With 15+ years of experience, award-winning design and art direction, Tim brings a proven knowledge of creative strategy, vision, communication, and branding: a strong conceptual thinker, a strategically focused designer, with keen leadership abilities. He’s developed engaging collateral for global brands and has been the creative lead on concepting and strategy development, fully utilizing extensive understanding of consumer brand marketing, brand objectives and the value of effective communications: His vision, design and implementation from initial concept to finished product or in-store activation have enabled him to spearhead branding identity, web design, video production, print campaigns and digital design for brands such as Monster Energy, Coca-Cola, Keurig, the Kraft Heinz Company and Absolut Vodka, to name a few.
Tim can be also found on stage across North America fronting an award-winning Canadian rock band. Having shared the stage with award-winning bands (e.g., Disturbed, Shinedown, Nickelback, The Offspring, Halestorm, Papa Roach, Theory of a Deadman, KoЯn), he has a voracious appetite for creative expression and design that delivers.


Having more than 8 years of experience in digital/brand/influencer marketing, social media strategy/management as well as content development, Ana has worked within the education, publishing, fashion, beauty and wellness industries, such as McGraw-Hill Education, If You Care, Whole Planet Foundation, Into The Gloss, and Madewell. She also assisted in launching WomenServe in the Thar Desert of Rajasthan, India (stayed there for 3 months working on this) and developing the company’s partnership between Traditional Medicinals and the Whole Planet Foundation. Her current goal is to work with companies, brands, and people who are passionate about sustainability, the environment, and being of service to others.
