What do you love most about your job?

Helping to bring my clients' stories to life by sharing it with their audience - that happens on different levels, all day, everyday. Website content, social media marketing, blogs, newsletters, all layered. Seeing the client share their story and recognizing the importance of having the connection with the people they're trying to reach is what matters.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have been self employed for more than 2 decades, and what prompted me to do so was to have the freedom of choosing how I moved around in my business life and, what that would look like. Though it's taken on different iterations over the course of 20+ years, pulling the pieces together, collaborating - whether its a project, words, or people, it's what has always been at the crux of what my work. It's what I thrive on.

I'm dedicated to seeing their idea, their story come to life - I work from a place of knowing I deliver that with creativity and integrity. There are many different ways and tones in which to deliver a message to the audience you're trying to reach. It can be less formal and not "as stuffy" as business copy of days gone by - more conversational. Or, if your audience IS more formal, finding the right tonality is key.
