Hi, I live in the beautiful Boone, NC area and own Timberlakes Media (Real Estate Photos) and EventPrint Photo (Sports Event Photos). I have a great crew that help me run both of these businesses. I sometimes take on additional work outside of these businesses just to allow myself a little more creativity. These are both pretty rigid and systematic types of photography. I enjoy taking on the more creative work from time to time like models, family, portrait, headshots, etc.

I sometimes feel like I didn't have a choice. Like many photographers, this started as a hobby. I'd always felt like I saw the world a little differently and once I had a camera in my hands, I couldn't put it down. Within a matter of months, I started getting hired to take pictures just by word of mouth. Within 6 months, I was taking pictures of strangers. After my first wedding, the business bloomed beyond what I had imagined. It's only taken off more since then and I couldn't be happier.
