Yes, there is not a need to meet in person unless you'd prefer that. We will send Fed Ex labels for keys to be sent directly to us and we will take it from there. Our software system is cloud based which allows for documents to viewed remotely as well as signed remotely too once ownership of the property has been established.
We do screen all of our showings prior to entering a home to ensure no one currently has symptoms. For occupied homes, we can drop off shoe covers, sanitizer and hand soap for showings to utilize if the tenant wishes. We do find that most rental homes show best when they're vacant or the current tenant has been incentivized to show the home.
