This is an easy review. We left our 11 yr old yellow lab, Tessie for a 10 day stay in Nov. We have been going to GCPR for 3 years. She loves it there. Brandon and Caleb are fantastic. They care. Tessie is always safe, and gets a ton of attention. Your dog( or cat) becomes part of their family. Try it. You and your pet will not be disappointed.

It is always tough leaving your pet in the hands of the stranger but Brandon was absolutely great with Clyde! You would expect a house containing multiple dogs to have at least a little smell and not be the cleanest. My wife is 8 months pregnant and her crazy sensitive nose couldn't smell a thing! With the exception of a few dog toys and beds (which you want to see at a pet resort) his house was spotless! He took notes of how Clyde's day typically went. Brandon posted multiple pictures of Clyde throughout the day, everyday he was there and we could see Clyde was happy and being loved! So put your mind at ease, Brandon will treat your pup like family!

Sometimes she will come to our home and let her out and walk her and sometimes she takes here home and boards here there. It seemed that no one in the area was providing high quality reliable pet services. Eileen was involved with several pet rescues and helped with foster dog walks and kitten / cat care so she understood the challenge.

I needed to go out of town and my cat Lucy had to stay home and needed someone to take care of her during my absence. I called Eileen Young from Pawprints Services and we got together for a Meet and Greet. I was impressed, how Eileen set up a portal for Lucy on her website where I could track the care provided to Lucy. Every morning I would get a text and email with a new picture of Lucy and a brief description how the visit went. On the third day Eileen texted me that the smoke alarm in the office started chirping. You know how loud that is. I was worried about poor Lucy and the noise. Eileen asked where I keep batteries. I said you need the 8' ladder from the garage. She said don't worry and a little while later she texted she changed the battery and Lucy came out of hiding from the noise. I'm so grateful that Eileen offered to change the battery otherwise I would have been upset the whole time away, knowing how scared Lucy is from the noise. I am so pleased with the job Eileen did, the connection she has with the pet and the willingness to go beyond what is required. I highly recommend Eileen Young from Pawprints Services.
