Both. I can provide services in a number of ways. It is preferable to do it in person, but it can also be done on the phone or on a zoom call as well. With dog training, you can certainly explain to someone on a phone or zoom call how to do something with a dog, but nothing works better than doing it in person.
I do what the client feels comfortable with. If for some reason the client wants me to wear a mask, I will do that. If they are OK with me not wearing a mask, I will do that.
