Wedding Videography I read that one of the biggest regrets that a couple can have about their wedding is that they didn’t hire a videographer. I was adamant about having one although my husband wasn’t. After contacting a couple of people who never got back to me, I made my husband look for one. He contacted a few vendors, but Lewis Portraits actually initiated contact with him. Although we were in talks with some other videographers, it was partly Lewis Portraits’s communication style that made us choose them. While talking to the owner, Chuck, I felt like we mattered. Chuck is very personable, friendly, and communicative. When talking to other potential video vendors, we didn’t feel cared about. It just seemed like we were another number to them. Chuck and Lewis Portraits is the complete opposite; they actually care about you and your important day. They treat you for what you are, people, not a business transaction. Communication was constant. We talked about once a week. Chuck wanted to make sure that he had all the correct information and our requests written down, that we hadn’t changed our mind on anything. It made us feel like we were important, that we were not forgotten about, and still had our place with them. This was really nice considering other vendors may not talk to you for months, which can be worrisome. The videographers, Nick and Austin, were great. Nick called us a couple of times before the wedding to confirm the details. On the day of the wedding the videographers just did their thing, recording everything. We hardly noticed them there. Some vendors have very set and specific rules for the day of the wedding. Lewis Portraits is very flexible. We did not know how much time we would need the videographers for the reception, so they allowed us to make the decision in real time, staying longer at the reception after the initial agreed-upon time. It was so kind of Chuck, and the videographers, to be willing to do that. That is great service! The final product was on 2 flash drives that were mailed to us in a carefully wrapped package. When watching the videos, it is obvious they cared not just about their work but also about us and our special day. You can see the effort and care the videographers put in during filming and the number of creative decisions they made. They did not just film the action, but also the setup of what the place looked like. They also captured angles and moments that the photographers missed. Therefore, I am glad we hired a videographer. We couldn’t have asked for better service. It was a pleasure working with Lewis Portraits because they are very genuine. We chose one of the best because not only did they do a great job and had a fair price, but also because they went above and beyond. It is rare nowadays to find vendors who are not just professional and value your business, but who are also personable, caring, thoughtful, and communicative. If you want a vendor who will care about your day as much as you do, and work hard to make your day the best it can be, then choose Lewis Portraits!

I Highly recommend this photographer, He even came earlier than us at the venue 😂. was outspoken which made me and my husband even more comfortable during our shoot. very professional and punctual.
