Booked a group class for a group of 13 girls for a bachelorette weekend workout. They made it SO easy to set up the private class via email, as we were traveling to fort Myers from out of state, and were super responsive. We had an excellent time at the class! Great instructors and a work out that really gets results. Best cardio for weight loss and low to no impact. Also offers two types of bikes - real stationary and ones that lean as you ride (RealRyder) if you really want to work the core. Dave's classes offer Heartzone monitoring if you have cardiac concerns, and Edmundo is for those who go all out (not for me). More...

I have tried other spinning classes in the area and none compare to those at Cycle Station. It's the only workout that keeps me coming back for more, even after a year. Each instructor brings their own personality to class. Here is my take on each instructor/class:Glenys- She starts you off with a strong warm up and before you know class is over! Music is great and her class has a little flavor that is unlike others.Pooneh- Tons of energy and her music is the latest on the radio. Class is fun and will have you singing while working out. You can feel that Pooneh truly loves spinning! Jency- If you are looking to work harder than ever, stop into Jency's class. She will have you doing things on the bike that leaves your entire body feeling the workout...and it keeps me coming back for more!Jill- Passion, passion, PASSION. This class is uplifting and Jill's energy is contagious. Music is great and she always has the words to say that you need to hear. It's almost like a high energy environment with a life coach guiding you through at the same time. Jen- A blend of everything above, with awesome energy, music, and expertise. A great indoor cycling studio. As long time spinners and snow birds, it was hard to find classes here in Fort Myers. Obviously not as popular as up north. My husband and I found Cycle station last winter and have been enjoying the classes at lease 2X a week. So easy to sign up online, small classes, convenient times and varied instructors. We especially like, Dave M. Love the Cycle Fusion graphs but today we did a ride thru "Zion Natl. Park in Utah" WOW, beautiful scenery on the projection and an enjoyable sound track. I love this place. And it is so welcoming to new customers. You'll never feel out of place of new for long! Everyone is really friendly and the instructors are great. Loud music and the lights turned down low; its almost like indoor cycling in a night club! Its really fun and you will find yourself actually looking forward to your exercise everyday!
