Being a chef has always been a dream of mine. Going out on my own and being a personal chef allows me to create unique (and often interactive and educational) dining experiences for each client. It is also important to me to have direct visibility in where and whom I source my food from, something I wouldn't necessarily get to do in a restaurant.
I'm committed to giving every one of my clients the best possible experience when I cook for them. Choosing to hire a private chef is often reserved for special occasions, so it is my mission to make that occasion truly memorable. I provide my services in person. I can either come to a client's home and prepare the meal in their kitchen, or cook the meal ahead of time and drop it off. I also offer in-person and virtual cooking classes.
I am fully vaccinated and am happy to wear a mask in gloves in your home and while handling any food. I am committed to ensuring the safe preparation and service of all of food and beverage offerings. I am fully trained in appropriate food safety and sanitation, and am fully compliant with the current recommended COVID-19 guidance for risk minimization and social distancing..
