Nutrition DiscoveRD, LLC provides nutrition counseling to adults and adolescents in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area in person, by phone, and through video conferencing in order to accommodate our clients' schedules. We also see clients virtually across Texas and Kentucky. We have extensive experience working with clients that struggle with a variety of weight and eating concerns such as eating disorders, disordered eating, athletes, and those with medical diagnoses that require nutrition therapy.

I am extremely passionate about what i do and am willing to put in the hard work along side my clients to make sure they succeed and find the results they deserve. I highly focus on the health aspects of training as well as the preformance and looks and believe it is very important to do things the right way without shortcuts.
