Got rid of my cyst!!!! I had an ovarian cyst and had to delay IVF bc of it. The doctor tried a week of birth control but it only got bigger. I was determined to get rid of it In a week to avoid anymore delays. The doctor told me it was unlikely to go away until my next period. But I asked him to continue my birth control and give me a week to try to get rid of it naturally. And that's when I went on a mission! I did 3 things 1. Acupuncture 2. Drank apple cider vinegar with garlic and orange juice 2x a day on an empty stomach and lastly a Reflexology massage (which was incredible!!!!!!!). Immediately after the massage I had a lot of discharge and felt super relaxed and the tension and bloating in my abdominal area went down dramatically. It was amazing!! Two Hearts Yoga is exactly what I was looking for as a new mom. I was desperate to get back to a yoga class but didn't want to hire a sitter just to go. I am so happy I found Two Hearts! I can bring my baby (now 8 months old) with me and get in a fantastic yoga practice. Many yoga studios offer mommy & baby classes, but only once a week. Two Hearts offers it three times a week (along with Toddler & Me, Pre & Post Natal, family classes and kid classes). Georgina is an amazing instructor - one of the best I've had (and I've done tons of yoga). She makes class challenging and fun! Don't think that just because it's a mommy & baby class that it's going to be too easy. Georgina modifies poses so that everyone can work at their own level - whether they're a beginning yogi or an advanced one. The babies have fun, too! The pre-crawlers hang out on comfy blankets in front of mom and the crawlers play with toys and explore the studio (which is totally safe and child-proofed). If you need to stop to feed/comfort/nurse/change your baby, that's all par for the course. And Georgina always pitches in to help comfort or hold a fussy baby. I really can't say enough good things about this studio. Getting to do yoga with my baby in a studio full of other caring moms and babies is truly an amazing thing!

No, I cant. I dont have any services online. All services are in person at my suite. I do not travel at the moment either.
My room is deep cleansed after every client. I wipe down everything alchol or disinfecting wipes. All sheets are new and washed. I wash my hands before and after we meet. All Covid 19 precautions are followed no matter what. Mask not required but guest are told to notify, cancel, and reschudle if having any symptoms.
