I recently moved to LA and needed a prenatal massage. The at-home-massage was so relaxing. Rebecca was able to work with my schedule to help me get a time booked rather quickly as I did book last minute. I liked Maria who was professional, kind and respectful. My back felt a million times better after the massage. It was very nice being able to get a massage in the privacy of my own home after typical work hours (without having to stress about getting to an appointment). They saved my back! I was in really bad shape one morning and asked if they could find someone for that same day. Sure enough they found someone who came to my house a few hours later. I am overall satisfied with my experience. Rebecca was quick to respond and helped book at appointment for me for the same weekend. My masseuse Juliette was very professional, kind, respectful, and really knew how much pressure to apply. She made sure the pressure doesn't affect my pregnancy but was still enough with my knots and pain. And having it all in the comfort of my own home was even more relaxing. Rebecca's service of this at-home massage was amazing. She was quick to respond via text. It was a FABULOUS session! I was super happy with Mike (the masseuse) and the massage. He had all the soothing accoutrements to make a luxurious massage experience in the comfort and ease of my own home. Totally made my weekend! Thanks to Rebecca's coordination for setting it up. I had one massage of my c section package with Dori yesterday and I'm very happy. Rebecca was very fast replying my messages, answering my questions about the services and setting the appointment. Dori was the masseuse. She arrived on time, was very nice and professional, and brought all the necessary equipment to do a at home massage. We talked about my health status and my needs. During the massage she kept checking how I was feeling about the pressure. She worked on my whole body, from head to toes and it felt exactly as what I needed, not too hard, not too soft and relieved that feeling of whole body pain that comes with the recovery of a c section and the first weeks of breastfeeding, sleep deprivation and dealing with a baby. And all with the convenience of doing it at your own home, which makes things easier with breastfeeding and the baby. It's not a cheap service, but I feel is still worth it. Got rid of my cyst!!!! I had an ovarian cyst and had to delay IVF bc of it. The doctor tried a week of birth control but it only got bigger. I was determined to get rid of it In a week to avoid anymore delays. The doctor told me it was unlikely to go away until my next period. But I asked him to continue my birth control and give me a week to try to get rid of it naturally. And that's when I went on a mission! I did 3 things 1. Acupuncture 2. Drank apple cider vinegar with garlic and orange juice 2x a day on an empty stomach and lastly a Reflexology massage (which was incredible!!!!!!!). Immediately after the massage I had a lot of discharge and felt super relaxed and the tension and bloating in my abdominal area went down dramatically. It was amazing!! DO NOT waste your money on this.I was charged for the service and then they couldn't provide a massage therapist. When I wasn't given a refund and hadn't heard back from the owner, I called my credit card company to deny the charge. Eventually the owner refunded me on PayPal but then she reversed the charge and PayPal said they would send my account to collections if I didn't pay for the service. I had to pay $239 for a service I did not receive in addition to the time and stress around this. I let the owner know and she never responded. Such a disappointment especially from a company that's supposed to be about helping pregnant people relax.I rarely write negative reviews and like supporting small businesses but this was a very negative experience and I want to make sure others don't experience the same thing.
