We charge by the square foot or a flat rate for smaller rooms, whichever is greater.
After receiving site pictures from the client, along with inspirational images, we start preparing for our initial online consultation by creating a mood board. We then discuss the client's needs, style preferences, and budget on the consultation. As soon as 50% deposit is received, we start working on the concept. In a quick turnaround (typically 1 week), we get back to the client with 1-2 variations of precise E-design and material boards. Once a design is selected, we release the rest of the information: 3D renderings, shopping list with links to all the products and materials used on the design.
