My design process is a phone or Zoom call with the client to gather the true scope of their project, their wants and needs and time frame. After assessing whether we are a good fit for one another and agreed upon payment or signed contract with deposit we can either can go directly into designing and selections or depending on the client we may need to gather more information from their pinterest boards and create a mood board and inspiration board for them first before we even get to the design and selection phase. The mood board as a middle step is usually needed on bigger project or where clients are wavering between design styles and further discussion and exploration is needed. For an online project depending if project management is needed or not we will either provide client with a list of purchases to create the vision we provided you or you can purchase designer products through us and we can have it shipped to your local receiver and delivered to your home. Absolutely. Providing services remotely is something I am comfortable with because most of my clients have their second or third homes here and so we have to do a lot of Zoom meetings and shipping of samples ect. if it is a big job. Or we can just do a styling and furniture plan with a purchasing list for clients that are out of town and want to implement the design themselves.
I will definitely wear a mask if asked and will sterilize hard surface samples before shipping.
