What do you love most about your job?
What I love about all of my businesses is that there's always a 'helping' aspect to each of them. You MUST be or become a "Go-Giver" in order to work on any of my teams, as I want ALL of our clients, coaching students, and professional candidates to know that their businesses are #1.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started on Recruiting Firm as I needed to start caring for my elderly mother, and needed to be at home with a flexible schedule. However, I truly do LOVE what I do, as I know that my efforts are helping others make their career, business, and/or marketing dreams come true!
