I have had dogs all of my life but as a senior citizen it has been 35 years since I have had a puppy. I usually rescue at about age 1 or so.
But I fell in love with an 8wk old puppy and when they let me at the rescue place I brought her home.
I felt I would need some help tho haven't done that before and chose Lisa's site. Something drew me to it.
We had a meet and greet and it was solidified. I must say it has been wonderful--not that my puppy has been wonderful but Lisa is teaching me how to manage and is very patient with me . She also adapts her training to thigs I can do , realizing I will not be squatting down with her.
