Ronald arrived on time for our initial consultation. Met and spent quality time with both our dogs to get to know them. He went through all the service information with us, gave us a list of happy customers we could contact and offered what we believe to be a fair price for the services we chose. He left us an application form and directions for how to send it to him once it was complete.
Once we signed up officially we received easy instructions for creating an online account to process payments and so forth.
I’ll add more once we actually experience the Pet Sitting experience, for now we simply have our appointment set up.

Prior to her visits, she participated in a short video call with me to do introductions and agree upon a plan for her visits. While I traveled, she was timely with each visit, communicated effectively, and send video updates of my cat (which really helped to ease my worries about leaving him).
