Swifto Dog Walking & Pet Sitting

Working with Swifto, and our mini goldendoodles walker, Davel, has been nothing but the most incredible experience. Davel has walked our angel for over three years now, and we can’t imagine life without him! Our pup adores him, he is communicative and kind, and always puts such an emphasis on our schedules/preferences and our dogs needs. He also takes the cutest pics and writes the most thoughtful doggy diaries after her walks. Finding Swifto was one of the best things to happen to our family as we always put our pup first, and swifto is always accommodating, incredible at addressing our dogs quirks, and being readily available any time of day. Wow, where do I begin. We started using Swifto before the pandemic, and right out of the gates they were 10x better than any other service we used previously. The communication, quality of care, flexibility to our needs, etc. were all off the charts. It's been like that for going on 5 years, even in some of the most challenging times. We are hybrid work from home now, and we keep our regular scheduled walks in part because our pup absolutely adores her walker Carissa (and we do too!). She provides the most fulsome pupdates while we are away and it gives us so much comfort knowing our pup is always happy, healthy and taken care of with her. I contacted Swifto to help with walking our dog during our one-week stay in New York and the experience was so pleasant. Someone always contacted us back swiftly about any concerns we had. Hands 🙌🏽 down one of the best dog walking services I have used. I have been using Swifto for a few years now and I am incredibly grateful to have found them for my two senior dogs. Finding reliable dog walking services can be hectic and I have definitely lucked out with them. My fur babies’ dog walker is amazing and treats them so well. She even understands and accommodates to my dogs’ needs, i.e., one loves to eat dirt and whatever he finds on the street and the other one can just be a picky walker. Sometimes I work from home and getting those 30 mins back allows me to eat, go to the gym or just not feel stressed that I have to rush back to a meeting. The ABSOLUTE lifesaver is when I have last minute events and need a walker out of our normal schedule they are VERY helpful and do their best to find someone for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. PS. I highly recommend this service for dog walking in NYC! Swifto paired us with a lovely walker who has taken great care of my dog while I’ve been away or at work. They always communicate how the walk went and send a picture for each session. They also organize a session to meet the walker so you know who will be spending time with your dog ahead of time, and try to give you the same walker for each appointment so your dog won’t need to constantly meet new people. I’ve been using Swifto for the past year and can only sing praises. Our walker, Kat, is incredibly reliable, communicative and very in touch with my dog and how he’s feeling. Scheduling is a breeze and consistent, and I am confident Kat or an alternative is always available for last minute walks / when needed. I would highly recommend Swifto to pet parents. I am the founder of a large NYC Animal Rescue, so I am in the animal business myself. Swifto was really great, and they walked my dogs for a year, before I moved from the area. We had an excellent steady walker with them for about 6 months. She was so attentive to my babies needs, and was super reliable and professional. One of my dogs is also pretty challenging ( she has intense leash aggression) and requires to wear a muzzle for safely reasons. Swifto has been walking my stubborn bulldog for about 3 months now a few times per week, every week. Their app and website are easy to use and they are highly responsive from scheduling our initial Meet-and-Greet to everything else that followed. I met with Daniela B., who has been the only walker for my dog since day 1! This is unique to Swifto in my experience with other dog walking services, who assigned different walkers after the Meet-and-Greet. I appreciate this about Swifto because it allows for continuity of care and the opportunity to build a relationship with Daniela, who has been quick to learn about my dog's quirks, incredibly reliable and responsible. She has always arrived within the time frame I requested to walk my dog and made herself available for dog-sitting on occasion. I recenly left my very beloved dog for a week and hired SWIFTO so that he could stay in his own surroundings in my apartment where I knew he would be happiest. For seven days, four times a day, I received a detailed update along with a photo of our Mason, and it allowed me to enjoy our vacation knowing he was well looked after. Although a few hiccups to be expected in any business, texts were answered promptly, professionally and action taken to ensure Mason was well taken care of. Swifto is a great place to work. You walk one dog at a time, and set your own schedule, making it easy to do either as a second part-time job or as a full time job. You have repeating walks as your regular schedule, and can pick up one-time walks in addition. I use swifto for weekly walks of my pup, Champ and I couldn’t speak more highly of the service. Champ loves his walker, Jesus, who takes him on long strolls along the East River just so Champ can chase the ducks. Jesus is always on time and is very professional.
