Face to face meetings are not necessary and will not hinder our ability to provide the best care to your pets. However, if we need to enter your home we will wear a mask and use sanitizer wipes to clean every surface we touch including harnesses and leashes.
Clients have three choices when scheduling our services:
1. If you scheduled a dog walk - handoff your dog at the door, we do not need to enter your home. We will be wearing a mask at that time.
2. If we need to enter your home to provide care you can;
A. Schedule our visits 3 hours prior to your arrival home per CDC recommendations.
B. Remain in another room while we come in to care for your pets.
In any case, you will receive pictures and a full electronic report card text and emailed to you so you can see how things went with the visit. You will still have access to speak with us at any time to communicate questions and concerns.
All staff wear masks when entering your home and use 80% alcohol wipes on all washable surfaces that we touch including but not limited to (door, cabinet, faucet, and refrigerator handles, leashes and harnesses, light switches, pet dishes, food containers, etc). Staff that shows signs or symptoms of Covid-19 not allowed to work. In order to keep everyone safe, Clients are asked to cancel services if they or a family member has signs or symptoms of Covid /-19 or if they have come into contact with someone that has Covid-19 or shows signs of it.
