Â FETCH is really good about making sure I'm comfortable about any sitter before sending them (like if a sub is needed). Â I have an assigned sitter but if she's unavailable (rare!), there's always coverage ... so I'm absolutely certain I can get support as my crazy schedule shifts. Tail Wagging Dog Services is amazing! Our Chocolate Lab is shy, and it takes him sometime to get used to someone. We were able to meet up with Greg to talk about our dog Sam, and what works best while walking him. Greg was very understanding, and patient with our dog Sam. Not only did he take him for walks, but he took the time to work with Sam on his commands and tricks. Our dog also has Arthritis, so he made sure Sam was always comfortable on his walks.  Greg is reliable, and very flexible when scheduling the walks.  We always received updates  after evey walk, and pictures!

The responses from Blake and Cecilia were prompt, and the consultation was friendly and thorough, which as someone who tends to feel nervous about leaving my pets for a trip, made me feel at ease. Every time Blake visited, he emailed me a photo of both my dog and cat, and a short update, which I liked. Also, we were able to pay via Venmo, which was very convenient. We were very pleased with the service and will book them again when we need care for our pets!

Â I have never used an outside pet service to watch my two beloved dogs, so it was with great trepidation that I approached Grace to begin our discussion. Â Grace listened carefully to my many concerns regarding my very old Lab (having her meds given consistently) combined with my second dog being very skittish and not very friendly with strangers.
