This weekend I left my LilBoy Bob with All American and I can't be more pleased!! He is very aggressive at home so I was very worried how he would react in a strange place. I took him the week before for a "meet and greet" and he walked in and seemed like he knew everyone there. I left him on Fri morning and asked for a bath (if possible) and wasn't able to pick him up until the 10 o'clock walk Sat nite. I called on Sat before they closed to check on him and spoke with David who was very pleasant to speak with. He gave me all the details that I had hoped to hear and made my drive home much more comfortable to know that he was good and had been a good boy!! When I picked him up, the person to walk the dogs at 10 was on time, and very nice (although at 10 pm, I'm not sure I could have been that nice!) She complimented him very much and he looked terrific!! His kennel was clean and everything seemed to be A-OK!! I know there will always be that "unhappy" customer but I truly believe that if there had been a problem I could have worked it out with these people and not been a major issue. I would not want to be responsible for someone elses "child" because I know how difficult mine is! He was safe, clean, and happy and that is the most important thing to me!! The rates were fantastic also!! I would recommend All American Dog to any of my friends and I look forward to bringing Bob back for visits as well as my other dogs!! Thank you guys!!
