Sent my 6 month old puppy, Jackson for the 5 week boarded training. I was reluctant at first due to how long he would be gone however I am glad I did as he came back trained and more
well behaved. He had all the bad habits most puppies have to include; pulling, not wanting to be in his crate and many others. Training with DFW k9 corrected this. When I walk him, he does not pull. Any questions I have had post training they have responded to immediately and
instructed me how to deal with anything that needs correction. Highly recommend.

From the first phone call I knew we would use Damon to train Ivy. He answered all of my questions right away, he also assured me with what I could do here at home until she could go to training.
He recommended food and crate, and a great dog bed that SHE KNOWS THE DIFFERENCE between MY BED AND HERS NOW (thanks for that because she is getting pretty big!) Damon is everything he says he is on their site and then some. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite. While my dog was with him for her training I ended up with covid and he
checked on me and even rearranged his own schedule to accommodate proper drop off for my dog. When he came to bring her back he spent over two hours outside with she and myself, going through her daily routines, how to
reward, how to command, literally everything. In the weeks since she has been back home, she is
so much easier to control, she is calmer, she is on point and ready to listen. She will literally wait until I tell her to come out of her crate, she will stay FOR HOURS as I work, right where she is told to stay. I do work with her daily, but the difference he has made in her life and ours, we are so grateful for. I would recommend DFW K9 to anyone who would like their dog to be a better pet, as well as to any pet owner, to become a better owner to their pet.

I hired DFW K9 to help training my dogs. I have them board and train my 6 months old Doberman and they work with me in a private session setting to train my 3 years old bulldog.
The final results turned to be impressive and both of my dog's become much easier to handle and better dogs in general. I highly recommend DFW K9 to train any and all your dogs. They're highly skilled, professional and genuinely care about dogs.

I've hired DFW K9 to board and train my dog and they did an amazing job! The results are unbelievable and my act like a total different dog. She listen and obey commands, stop pulling on leash, no more jumping or barking on people or their dogs, and wait at the door until told to go out. My baby girl just graduated DFW K9 PTP (Puppy Training Program) It's a five week program designed specifically for puppies under one year of age and OMG you've to check how disciplined and well mannered she is!
She's so much easier to handle and actually listen to me! She stopped pulling on her leash, barking and jumping on people and furnitures, surfing the counter tops and tables, exiting the doors without a permission. DFW K9 taught her how to sit, lay and stay and I mean she really knows them, perfume them and anticipate the command from the first time and I don't have to repeat myself. She goes to her place/bed on command and stay on it until freed. She goes to her crate on command and stay in it until told to leave it.
I cannot thank DFW K9 enough for helping me train my baby girl, making her a better dog and making me a proud parent who doesn't feel embarrassed everytime I walk her out or take her with me.
I highly recommend DFW K9 for any and everyone who want to enjoy their fur babies to the maximum!

I have worked with DFW K9 during the COVID19 pandemic while at home, throughout an online/remote training sessions. I was very skeptical at first, but I was super impressed on how much I have learned and how much my dogs benefits from it. I had the pleasure hiring DFW K9 to help me training me dog. Initially, I had one of my dogs being stubborn and hard to control to the point it seriously made me think of giving him away.
I was very skeptical about hiring a dog trainer. Damon was very knowledgeable and friendly over the phone and offered to evaluate my dog behaviors for FREE!
We meet at a dog park and he started to work with my dog as he was explaining what he's doing as well as explaining the true meaning behind my dog behaviors. I was very impressed by how professional and skillful he's with dogs.
I have being working with him for three training sessions and my dog is already acting like a total normal/sweet dog. Not only with me, but any member of my family can handle him with ease.
