I would recommend Felicia and her training to anyone in need of dog training!! My pup entered her 5 week board and train program at 6 months old with a completely uncontrollable jumping problem, as well as just not being able to settle much at all. Felicia has taken her from a constant anxiety to be around to the most well mannered pup. We no longer have to worry about her jumping on my children, she is potty trained, and she has even begun service dog training. She knows how to stay calm, how to approach people, and is just a joy to be around. Felicia is incredibly professional and has been supportive in her work. She shows she truly cares about her clients and their pups. Photos and updates, check-ins, and just attention to detail and the dogs needs overall. Her training plans are curated to the needs of your dog, so you can rest assured that their needs will be met. You can see the love and respect their dogs she works with has for her as well! Called for information on certification for a service dog. He gave me awesome info that has saved me a lot of money and he knew every piece of info that I would have not known had I not called. I let him know I was going to train at a different facility but after speaking with him I found no matter wher I go it would be a waste of money and time. Even at his facility.
