What do you love most about your job?

I love the process of watching someone learn something and then finally understand it. This goes for dogs and people! I used to work as a tutor and was really happy when the material we went over was understood by the student.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Growing up I would watch the dog show every year on TV and I would memorize the dog breeds. I even read dog training books for fun! I still read dog training books, listen to podcasts, and take courses about dogs! I wanted to start my own business because I love interacting with dogs and people and teaching and learning wverything that we are capable of.

Why should our clients choose you?

My name is Sam and I am working towards my certification to become a professional dog trainer, CCPDT-KA. I have an associates degree in social and Behavioral Sciences and have been involved in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2010. Although, ABA is typically for people with autism it is a form of applying the knowledge of how someone learns to change behavior.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Lessons can be held outside, and masks can be worn. I also provide hand sanitizer.
