Ron and Janelle were amazing for our graduation party. The set up worked really well and the music was fantastic. We booked Mystical Sounds for our wedding reception. The DJ was awesome and helped us with our slideshow (the format was off and they helped tweak it so it can be played) and some other technical difficulties. At that point I almost hyperventilated thinking about how much time we spent doing the slide show but they came through! They were our lifesavers! Thank you so much! Everyone enjoyed the dancing portion and the pictures on the projector screen. Even though the program ran over a little, the DJ played all the right songs for the short amount of time we had left! I've been around the DJ industry and DJs since I was a really young kid. I'm an 80s baby, and grew up in a place and time when it wasn't a big deal to see a little kid in a dance club. I would always watch the DJs. DJs were the coolest people on the planet to me. They were respected and they knew all of the latest music, the fashions, the dances. The biggest inspiration to me was meeting DJ Jam Pony. He had a truly unique style and was one of the biggest names in the DJ world in the 80's and 90's. I had one conversation with him, and it became a dream to one day own my own DJ company and become one of the best in the game.
Clients should choose me because, in short, I know what I'm doing and they'll be in good hands. I don't overprice and I don't shortcut. It's called "work" for a reason. My clients will know that, if they have to worry about other things, the one thing they won't have to worry about, is this DJ.
I can't say that I ever have, but I'd love the opportunity. I know HOW to do it, I just haven't been presented with the opportunity, other than broadcasting live through my internet radio station, to do it for a client.
