I wish that I could say this is a MARGINAL recommendation. While my wife and I have mostly received good treatment from our providers, some of them are always late and that makes me feel they are either overbooking appointments or don’t respect your time. While the office manager and several other staff are very nice, there are some folks who aren’t an asset to the company to put it nicely. Some of the staff can be downright adversarial and passive aggressive to patients. This is not how you should treat someone dealing with mental illness. While I understand that last minute cancellations hurt their business, I feel a 75 dollar charge is too much, especially for someone who may be on disability. Locking the bathrooms doesn’t make sense, nor does not even allowing patients to bring water in for their appointments. Dr. Kisch has left after many years and he will be hard to replace. If QBH can fix these issues, it would be better for everyone.
