PLEASE READ ENTIRE INTRODUCTION BEFORE REQUESTING OUR SERVICES We specialize in Custom PC's - New Builds, Re-Builds, Upgrades, Service, and Repair. We also do traditional computers (PC's and Mac'), IT, structured wiring, mesh WiFi systems, and more. Many services can be done onsite/in home but some, specifically many physical repairs, are an in shop only service both due to their nature, tools that may be required, and that it can be messy process and we don't want to mess up any surface in your home. Anything less than proper diagnostics and bench testing against known good hardware or with proper tools would be just guessing and we don't guess at problems or solutions. Other things like new system setup, some hardware upgrades (simple RAM, GPU, etc.), software installation/upgrades, network configurations, network wiring, routers, mesh WiFi, new system setup, etc. can be done onsite/ in home. Different situations call for different processes. We strive to provide the best customer service possible by offering fair and honest solutions to your problems. And we do our best to communicate in a way that all of our clients can understand without having to know all of the technical jargon. We enjoy working with and taking the time to educate our clients in current technology while meeting their technology needs. We also enjoy helping people of all ages and have clients ranging in age from mid-20’s to late-80’s all with varying degrees of tech savviness. We service and repair both Mac’s and PC’s. We also do full custom computer builds. We will always provide an honest assessment of both the problems and the solutions. In today’s digital world it is easy to underestimate the impact that our devices have. From important pictures to music to documents we understand the importance of the files that you have collected. Whether it is recovering a profile to move to a new machine or getting a broken one up and running we understand the sense of panic of not having those files can cause. Many services can be done onsite, upgrades (hardware, software), installations, etc. but some services must be done in shop, diagnostics/repairs, data transfers/migration/cloning, PC builds/rebuilds, etc. Do you want an accurate quote? What do you love most about your job?

Building Custom PC's and educating people on these kinds of systems. But we also have 35+ years of general computer service/repair skill and IT skills. The rest of it is answered under the section below - Why should our clients choose you?

What inspired you to start your own business?

Natural progression that began with tinkering on computers in high school in the mid-eighties through 9 years of college. I have worked in both the private sector and in the Fed sector. I became quite adept at setting up and programming computer based access control systems (including access card programming), security systems (i.e. alarm systems/access control systems), and video surveillance systems as well as the required macros to tie all theses independent systems together. I was also responsible for the techs that did the structured and low voltage wiring required to be installed in order for the relevant hardware to be installed and connected. Plus 9 years of college and multiple certifications. 30+ years of experience in computer (PC's and Mac's) builds, repair/service, and maintenance for both commercial and residential clients. Also do commercial structured wiring.

• On non-working computers the requested info should be on the body of the computer.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes but given the climate with scams these days we prefer to meet in person the first time and then do remote sessions as is applicable as not all problems can be solve remotely.
