Find house cleaners in Utah

If you are looking for a top-rated residential maid service in Utah, you've come to the right place. Bark simplifies the search by matching you with vetted professionals across Salt Lake City, West Valley City, and throughout the region based on your specific needs.

A standard clean is designed to refresh your entire home. Your professional will handle dusting and vacuuming in all living spaces, alongside specialized attention to kitchens and bathrooms where they will disinfect surfaces, polish fixtures, and leave floors looking like new.

What tasks require a specialized booking or extra fee?

While your Utah cleaner handles most interior chores, the following are usually not part of a standard checklist:

  • Outdoor gutter maintenance

  • Specialized carpet stain removal

  • Power washing driveways

  • Detailed appliance interior cleaning

  • Exterior window cleaning

What should I budget for a Utah house cleaner in 2026?

As of 2026, a professional clean in Utah is priced at an average of $140, which is less than the national average of $150. Keep in mind that while rates are competitive, a standard house cleaning is usually quoted as a single service fee to ensure the entire checklist is completed regardless of time. The final price varies by home size and specific service requirements.

Regional rates by property size include:

  • 1-2 bed: $98 - $126

  • 3-4 bed: $140 - $182

  • 5-6 bed: $252 - $308

How do I get the best value for my cleaning budget in Utah?

If you're working with a limited budget, focus on high-impact areas like the kitchen and master bathroom. By maintaining smaller rooms yourself, you can reduce the total hours required and lower your overall quote from a Utah professional.

How can I ensure I'm hiring a trustworthy cleaner on Bark?

Start by reading customer feedback on Bark profiles to understand their reputation in Utah. Compare at least three quotes to understand the market rate and ask if they perform background checks on their staff before signing a long-term agreement.

What happens after I book a Utah cleaner through Bark?

Expect your cleaner to handle all the essentials: deep-cleaning sinks and toilets, wiping down kitchen appliance exteriors, vacuuming carpets, and removing household trash. Most reputable cleaners will re-clean areas that don't meet your standards.
