After visiting three other dry cleaners I stumbled across this one and couldn’t be more pleased. The employees are so friendly and knowlagable and their prices are unbeatable! I was looking for someone to clean my queen size velvet bedspread and the first three cleaners I went to said either my total would be over $85 or that my bedspread had a very high chance of not coming back to me in the same order I left it. One week and $35 later I was reunited with my velvet beauty and not only does she smell nice but a stain that even my grandmother would have been no match to is no where to be found! If you need some kind of stain or spot removed, Durfey Extra Care Dry Cleaners is the place to go. They've removed spots that I swore couldn't come out. I've even entrusted them with delicate, Grandma-made items and they always came back in perfect condition. I've never had a bad experience there, but from reading other reviews I know that if a mistake ever happened, it would be made right. Craig's willingness to go the extra mile and call with questions or explanations shows that his business is about keeping long-term customers. When I've brought in items, I've even seen people bring in things that could have been cleaned free at their business or university but they trust Durfey's to do a better job. After a delayed dry cleaning order prior to an early morning flight prompted me to post a negative review, I received a personal call from Craig Durfey, the owner of Durfey's Dry Cleaners. He sincerely apologized for what had happened, removed all charges for the cleaning, and even offered to pay to overnight the delayed items to Chicago! Although overnighting the items ultimately wasn't necessary, he offered a free cleaning for the clothes that had to be brought to Chicago in place of the ones we had had cleaned. I am so impressed by Durfey's professionalism and dedication to "making it right". This business is honest and has great integrity, which I highly value. I own a rental property and need it cleaned often. I have been using The cleaning services of Chika’s cleaners and we are very happy with them. Rosa opens up her schedule if I need things cleaned last minute, since our rental sometimes needs to be cleaned right away without notice. Rosa will move things around and make it happen. I've been here twice and requested no starch. I'll accept any mistake once. On the second attempt back I didn't see no starch on the receipt and asked the gentleman to clarify there's no starch. He arrogantly acted as if he was checking the computer and said yep no starch. Mind you I'm watching him not make any notes on the file.

Get my clothes back starched and when the woman that gave me my clothes checked the computer she said the file states I want light starch.

I wouldn't have as big of a problem had the younger gentleman from earlier wasn't so arrogant while doing his job. These dress shirts range from $150- $300 and I do not want unnecessary chemicals on my shirts. They need to pay much better attention to detail. This is unacceptable

UPDATE:
The owner called and we both came to a resolution over the phone. Upon arrival he reversed engineered the starch and handled the clothes personally from beginning to end.

When I returned to pick up the shirts the owner spent time walking me through what he did to reverse the starch in the shirts. And also walked me through ways to prolong the life of my shirts. Being wrong is one thing, owning up to it and doing what you can to fix that wrong is all anyone can ask. If you ever run into a problem just ask for Craig. More...

Highly recommended! We go to the Dry Cleaners weekly, and this has been the best experience by far. The clothes are ready when they say they will be, rushes are possible when necessary, they replace missing buttons, they attempt to remove stains, and they always give a detailed verbal and written explanation of any concerns they discover (such as tears or ink on the material). I have been going to these guys for years now! I went there because it was close to where we lived (We now live in Orem). But I still go to these guys because of the Quality of Service they provide . Nice staff, and their Drive-Thru feature is nice although I usually go in and talk to the staff myself. They are good at listening to your concerns! My wife had a dress that got grass stains on the bottom from an outdoor wedding and the material was really sensitive. They got the stains out without harming the dress at all! They are also reasonably priced and get your clothes done in a timely manner even though they take on tons of clothing at a time. I've always had very positive experiences getting my dry cleaning done here. It's affordable and the staff is friendly. Once i had a small hole starting in the seam and they caught it, called me and discussed repair and cleaning options and did a great job. Very thoughtful.

Ruined two of my favorite outfits, and didn't even take responsibility for it --> this was my initial review.A few days later I got a call from the owner asking about the experience and if I would be willing to take clothes back to give them another chance, all of this with a discount. Perfect service! I took an authentic baseball jersey to get dry cleaned and talked to the owner when I first arrived. He said that the best way to wash the jersey was to cold wash it and lightly scrub some of the stains out. They took the jersey and when I came back a couple of days later it looked AMAZING! They really took great care of it. I could not find a single soda or collar stain and it looked like it was in perfect condition!
