Really good experience. First, it's hard to find a company that will work on solar that they didn't install. My original installer is out of business. The 2nd problem is most companies don't even help until they can bill you for their time. These guys did most of the diagnosis over the phone and then sent a tech out after they helped me get new microinverters through the Enphase warranty.
