Kitchen Witch grows most of our fruits, vegetables, and herbs on-site and uses local vendors for game, protiens, and seafood. With gardens in the Willamette Valley, Hood River, and Bend, were able to serve most of Oregon and Southern Washington clients a special, season menu to fit their event and budget.

What’s your signature dish?
A five spice duck breast with gruyere and butternut squash mac and cheese, or lamb tartare with yukon gold potato pavee and confit duck egg.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I put together a custom menu for each client and event, working within their budget to maximize their options using seasonal, local produce.
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking something new for every gathering, and participating in making their soecial event its best.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been self-employed for almost twenty years, I can’t imagine anything else.
