Over the years, I have tried so many programs and I would either become bored and loose interest, or simply did not see any results. However a few months ago a friend recommended Framework 4 Health. Honestly, one of the best training programs I have experienced. The personalized training program was easy to follow, the schedule was always accomodating, the motivation from the trainer was superb. Enough to keep me on my toes, actively involved and excited for each session. The best part was I lost weight. I am of course still on the program and I feel fabulous.
