Saturday was a DREAM!! Karley met us at the location and had ideas of where else we could go in the area for an outfit & scenery change. Originally, I was going to wait until after my wedding to rate Alicia’s Photography in Naperville, IL but I have been so blown away by them that I am doing it early.After our engagement, my fiancé and I knew that we wanted to invest in a photographer for our wedding. Pictures are important to us, and we also wanted to forge a relationship that could trickle to photo sessions for maternity and future children.I had seen Alicia’s Photography because of their great Downtown Naperville, IL location right on Chicago Ave. Their storefront is impressive. But being conservative my fiancé and I “interviewed” and met with 4 different photographers in the area. Sam, Alicia’s wedding photographer, impressed us so much even in our first meeting. After all our interviews it was a no-brainer who we were going with. Sam has a contemporary flare to her photography that I like. Her portfolio work exemplified a true artist. She also starting following me on Pinterest so she could see Pins of things that I like in photographs.At our engagement session, Sam came prepared with a plan of what she wanted to capture. And sure enough, her ideas were contemporary, her own, and inspired by what I liked on Pinterest. My fiancé and I were so pleased with our pictures – beyond words.During the session Sam had a positive attitude & gushed with compliments and directions to help us feel comfortable. We have ordered “Save the Date” trifolds as well as “Thank You” Cards thus far. The quality of the product is fabulous.We look forward to our wedding day & anticipate nothing but the best…because that is all we have gotten. I never really liked having my picture taken. But Jolanta is both professional and fun to work with and she totally makes you feel at ease. I now have pictures of myself/my family that I actually LOVE!!! We took family pictures for our Christmas card and she has done several sessions with our daughter.
She has great ideas, she has some great accessoires as well if you are looking for ideas. I absolutely recommend Jolanta and we will definitely have more sessions with her in the future!
