While this truck has some good tacos and other hot sandwiches, it is their homemade ice cream that I really find addicting. I love their chocolate ice cream with peanut butter cups in it to be my favorite. The ice cream is super creamy. I have eaten ice cream from this truck when it is below 10 degrees outside, and found it to be just as good as always. Don't let chilly weather deter you. :)
Shri Ganesh is our favorite Indian restaurant in the Springs, hands down. Not only is the food fantastic, but the owners make every effort to ensure you feel like family. From buffet to ordering off the menu to belly dancing entertainment, this restaurant experience never disappoints!
So I have to start out with I went to Beasts and Brews as a part of a Yelp event. It's a new place and about a mile from where I work. I had been curious about it so happy to go. (Just down from bass pro shops). I have to say lots of amazing things. First they have a butcher shop. I got to say I was so tempted to leave with a couple ny strip steaks or rib ryes. They looked *so* good... next time. So back to the place. The look/atmosphere is very nice. Hip, it looks like they may have a fire pit or two (I think, but not sure). Regardless it's a comfortable place. It's one of those places (a couple in the Springs) where you get a card charged with $$ let the reader read it and pour your own and you choose how much (number of ounces, shot or a double.. things like that). They have a bunch of Colorado beers, some wines (some Colorado, some not), cider and some Colorado spirits. A big number of taps, something for everyone. We got to try some food. Wings, pizza, pork belly. It was all good and I look forward to ordering my own plate(s) another time. So all in all a nice place, lots of drink options, good food I'll visit again. Just one thing to mention, as with all the pour your own places you should watch what you pour as you can easily rack up the $$$. A fun and good place. Definitely worth a visit!
