Paninos Restaurant

We have been eating at Panino's for the past 25 years from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins and have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. Tonight we visited the location in Fort Collins and couldn't have been more disappointed. If this had been our first visit, it also would have been our last. We were seated in the last row in the back of the restaurant, which was fine, but felt like no one knew we were there. It took over 10 minutes for someone to come to out table and that was only because I got up and went up to the bar area where one person was eating a salad and the other young lady said she would let Austin know. Now once we got service, still another 5 minutes, Austin was wonderful, he took care of us very well. From there it didn't get any better as our pizza came out and was probably undercooked by about 5-7 minutes and we felt like we were eating a plate of dough. As soon as we got home my wife put it in the oven to finish the baking on our leftovers. Don't know what the circumstance was tonight but thought that you should probably know so it doesn't chase those first time visitors away. We have been coming here for a long time, we love this place the service is always perfect my favorite is the 4×4 the cheese bread is a huge hit with my kiddos. Great family restaurant

Good place for lunch; price was right and food was filling! A panino is kind of like a folded over pizza, which is sort of unique. They have so many paninos to choose from and several of them sound so good! I had a hard time choosing. They even let me customize the one I got (don't remember the name) to be half sausage and half peperoni. Very happy with that choice, both were very good! We had a wonderful time!!! The Panini sandwiches came out piping hot and were super delicious as always. Each location has it's own charm and very Italian homey feel to it. Their staff is always super friendly and helpful. If you like enjoying your dinner on a nice evening out on the patio I highly recommend going to their N. Tejon location. It is nestled in our beautiful Victorian downtown and is right across from a beautifully designed Episcopal Church. I've been going to the locally owned Paninos for 20+ years and taking friends and family that haven't been there because the food and environment are already wonderful. I hope you enjoy it like I do! Always good. Tasty food, calzones, lasagna and a panino is sort of like a calzone with lighter breading and rolled instead of stuffed. They say they do all day happy hour, but that really doesn't track. $15-25 or so per person without alcohol. More...

I got my first job here in 1984. Food was good and everybody tried hard to make it and enjoyable place to eat. Everything has only gotten better, I'm really proud to say. Food is delicious, has a nice atmosphere and I like the employees. Food was quick and piping hot. The bar is quite small however, so not a great spot if you are trying to grab a brew with a group of friends.

This was my first visit and I loved this restaurant. The food was excellent. I had a #8. The Bleu cheese gave the panino such a lovely Tang. The service was excellent. Amazing family owned and operated Italian Restaurant. All their standard Italian fare is great, especially the homemade meatballs. But, as the name implies, they shine with their paninos (hot pressed sandwiches). They're made with fresh authentic meats and spices.
