Majority is so commercialized that you really feel as if you are sending your dog to a factory. These guys are personalized, flexible & humble. Dr. Obernesser and her entire staff are the consumate professionals- not only do they know their stuff but they are kind, loving, patient and treat my pets as if they were their own. They neutered my five-year-old pug and made a heart-wrenching day go by easier with reassuring updates and lots of useful information to take home at the end of the successful surgery. They provided support when a new pet in our home became pregnant and followed up frequently on her as they do whenever a pet has come in for any condition. It's a difficult situation when your pet is ill. You can feel a bit helpless and you just want to make things better for your much-loved little friend as quickly as possible.My experience with Tribeca Soho Animal Hospital is that they're very friendly, caring and knowledgeable animal-lovers. They demonstrate a genuine interest in my dog (Bacon) and conduct themselves professionally. He (my dog) is aggressively cute though and they are, after all only human so who can blame 'em for being so kind to him...I even walked away with a toothbrush for Bacon - just like I used to get when I visited the dentist when I was a boy!It was $82.50 for a general visit which seems expensive to me and while it stung a little when they swiped my credit card, the piece of mind that Bacon could continue to chase and antagonize dogs 5 times his size was worth every penny.
