I started Amazing Touch Day Spa as a mobile massage company in 2016. Since then I’ve expanded into a suite offering massage services, Facials, lash technician and Spa Parties. Therapist are Trained & licensed in: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports massage, TriggerPoints therapy, Myofacial Release, lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal, Hot Stone, and Aromatherapy modalities: Each session is customized to the clients specific wants and needs.
What is Stretch Therapy? If your complaint is due to tight muscles, controlled stretching may help. It’s no secret that tight muscles hurt. Fortunately, certain types of soft-tissue manipulation may be able to help. As opposed to a traditional massage, designed primarily to relax, our stretch method is intended to correct deep-seated pain and discomfort. Pain is caused by muscles that are short, tight, and inflamed due to repetitive use.

Great Experience!! My husband and I called last minute for massages on Valentines day and we were surprised that they were able to get us in! I am 32 weeks pregnant and my massage was with Dante, he did a wonderful job at making sure I was comfortable & satisfied! My husband had Gabby, he said she really took the time to understand his areas of tension. Highly recommend them to anyone, we will certainly be back!

I've been getting massages on a regular basis for a very long time. I'm a trainer, yoga teacher, and athlete, so I need muscle maintenance and restoration very regularly. I have been seeing Michelle for a few months now, and her background with yoga and training, makes her an even better massage therapist. I like a deep, functional, restorative massage and Michelle delivers! I have nothing but great things to say about my experience; she is very intuitive and uses many different techniques for fascial release and deep tissue. She knows what I'm feeling and what I need before I tell her.

Melynda was very professional and did an amazing job. She is very friendly and informative, and goes above and beyond. The massage was eons better than one at Massage Envy and even cheaper. I will never go back to Massage Envy for a massage thanks to the services of Melynda! Definitely go see her, especially if your body is damaged by CrossFit like mine!

Will was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to relieve pain from 3 herniated disks which has been going on for me since February. He was also to relieve a tension headache which I had had for 7 days due to prolonged sitting in a car. If you are looking for a great masseuse then look no further and go and see Will!

I was referred to Dr.Stuckey by a friend who raved about him. I have had neck and back pain for years on and off and he was able to completely relieve my pain and muscle tension after the 3rd visit! I also liked the physical therapy, and the space is so relaxing and welcoming.Great Doctor and easy to schedule-NO WAITING!

I find this place a great combination of value-for-money and convenience. I have been going here since 2007. The hourly massage costs about $75 and I love that you can call on the day of and leave a message on the phone and someone will call you back and schedule a same-day massage. The other great thing is the student clinic, where you can get a daytime, weekday massage for $25 from massage therapy students! I had one not so skilled student and two fantastic ones, one of which I went to, for 7-8 sessions during her training.Given 4 stars, as ambience is as bleh as it can get and some therapists are best avoided( Eg Janine- weird bedside manner).

I cannot recommend Jeremy Braverman ENOUGH. He truly gets to know you as a person before he assesses your acupuncture and massage needs. My favorite bodywork service is the acupuncture & massage combination. I also recommend the Double Butter Massage & Wrap. I always feel amazing when I leave The Loft Bodywork Collective.

I've gotten more than a few massages from KT so far and have many more scheduled.
I've received physical therapy and massage therapy for years for various injuries and KT is without question the best practitioner I've ever worked with. She has found pain points and problem points on me that I didn't even know about and my physical therapist has never even mentioned or noticed. Her massages help me manage chronic daily pain and allow me to actually be functional, it's an incredible feeling and I cannot thank her enough.
I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone and even keep a picture of her business card on my phone so I can text it to friends in need.

What types of massages does a Massage Therapist offer?
Swedish massage - This is a gentle type of full body massage that is ideal for people who have a lot of tension, are sensitive touch and are new to massage. It can help to release muscle knots and is a good choice if you want to fully relax during your treatment.
Hot stone massage - Hot stone massage is best for people who have muscle pain and tension or who simply want to relax. The massage therapist uses heated stones in lieu of or in addition to their hands.
Aromatherapy massage - Aromatherapy massages are best for people who want to have an emotional healing component to their massage. Aromatherapy massages combine soft, gentle pressure with the use of essential oils. Essential oils are diluted before being applied to the skin.
Deep tissue massage - Deep tissue massage uses more pressure than a Swedish massage. It is a good option if you have chronic muscle problems such as soreness, injury or imbalance.
Sports massage - Sports massage is a good option if you have a repetitive use injury to a muscle such as what you may get from playing a sport. It’s also a good option if you are prone to injuries because it can be used to help prevent sports injuries.
Trigger point massage - Trigger point massages are best suited for people who have injuries, chronic pain, a specific issue or condition. Sometimes areas of tightness in the muscle tissues, known as trigger points can cause pain in other parts of the body. By focusing on relieving trigger points, this type of massage can reduce pain.
Reflexology - Reflexology is a great option for people who are looking to relax or restore their natural energy levels. It is also a good option if you aren’t comfortable being touched on your entire body. Reflexology uses gentle to firm pressure on different pressure points of feet, hands or ears.
Shiatsu massage - Shiatsu massage is best for people who want to feel relaxed and relieve stress, pain and tension.
Thai massage - Thai massage is best for people who want a more active form of massage and want to reduce and relieve pain and stress.
Prenatal massage - Prenatal massage can be a safe way for women to get a massage during pregnancy. It can help reduce pregnancy body aches, reduce stress and ease muscle tension.
Couple’s massage - A couple’s massage is a massage that you do with your partner, friend or family member in the same room. Other treatments such as pedicures, facials, and body scrubs are sometimes offered as part of a package.
Chair massage - A chair massage is best for people who want a quick massage that focuses on your neck, shoulders and back. A chair massage can also be a way to introduce you to massage if you have never had one before. This type of massage uses light to medium pressure.
What should I consider before deciding on my massage therapist?
There are a number of factors that are worth considering before choosing your masseuse.
Choice – It is important to consider why you want a massage. Do you want to find relief from chronic pain or are you just looking for a way to relax? Deciding why you want to get a massage will help you narrow down your options and find the right massage therapist.
Comfort- Getting a massage is a great way to relax both physically and mentally. It is easier to take advantage of this benefit when you feel totally comfortable. That is why you should find a massage therapist that makes you feel comfortable and at ease.
Recommendations – You are likely to have at least one friend or family member that has visited a professional massage therapist and read their reviews on Bark.
You can be confident that any of the Bark local massage therapists listed will give you a relaxing and therapeutic massage.
How do I check the Massage Therapists’ credentials?
You could look for massage therapists with a Level 3 Diploma in Massage or Complementary Therapies. The Council for Soft Tissue Therapies (GCMT) is the governing body for massage therapy and recommends that all massage therapists have taken a full or part-time course.
Before you choose a massage therapist, you could read testimonials and read details of their services on their website.
You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read massage reviews from past customers too. This might also help you get some ideas for the type of massage you want to book.
