From the initial call to setup the pick up, to the event date i was overall well pleased with the entire experience. I specifically liked the call to confirm the pick up location a day prior to each event, as well as a text from the driver when they were on their way. I made a reservation from W Bloomfield to DTW at 5am. Our driver Tony was very kind and the Suburban was roomy, which is a big deal for a long ride. The truck was cleaned and the driver wore a mask the entire time.

He answers his phone in the evenings, he will meet you at his place of business to show you his limo's and buses. It's true what they say about quality over quantity. Messer Limousine is family operated and owned and as a consumer, I appreciated the easygoing atmosphere and user friendly. Jim, the owner, gave me the information straight to the point and didn't try to confuse/overcharge me by using business jargon. I've done my research in the area and, yes, you may find a bit cheaper prices, but you really want to check out the quality of cars for your special occasion. Some of the other companies' cars are old and upon further inspection, are rusted and not well kept. Messer's fleet is up to date and really hits it home with the upkeep of their cars and knowledgeable staff.I will be using Messer Limousine for my future events.

I'm giving A LIST 5 stars fore cleanliness, professionalism, courtesy, and promptness.We used A LIST for our wedding. We booked in advance for use between our early afternoon wedding and evening reception. They took us everywhere we asked without any issues. We failed to reserve post-reception transportation to the Hotel and, when I called the day of (Sweetest day, no less), the boss-man Paul was able to secure the same limousine and even the same driver for us that evening on the spot. (I called 20 other companies before thinking of even calling Paul) - they were the only company in metro Detroit that could even manage our transport needs, let alone - do it in the style they did.
