Monica, chauffeurs and the D & D team were exceptional beyond belief. In what was a very busy weekend, the chauffeurs were patient and catered to all of our needs and were consistently timely, we used them over several days. We were in constant communication with the chauffeurs and the D & D team through text and phone contact, they did not disappoint. D & D was excellent to work with for our wedding day! We had buses for our guests as well as the wedding party. Scott was great to work with, answering all of my questions and staying up to date on changes we had to make last minute. The drivers were all friendly and courteous, knowledgeable of the city and flexible. They even went above and beyond and got us more ice during our ceremony when we ran out! I am so glad that I found this company! They provided executive transportation for my daughter to and from her prom at The Henry in Dearborn. Driver arrived on time and patiently waited as we took pictures of my daughter at her send off. Driver was very professional, pleasant and cheerful. Daughter arrived to prom safely and in style. Booking the reservation was easy and prices are the best in town! I also like how they provide constant communication by text days leading up to the prom and on the day of the prom. A few days before I knew the name and telephone number the driver and on the day of prom I received a text when they were in route to my home, when they arrived and when they were in route to pick my daughter up and when they were on location.
