Another AWESOME time utilizing Bozzo's Limousine service. My Wife and I used Bozzo's back in 2016 for our wedding and everything was perfect. This time we used Bozzo's for our friends Bachelor Party. Steve was our driver and could not have been more welcoming, attentive, and friendly. He provided me with his number prior to departure so that we could let him know when we were ready for pickup at each location, and he was out front within minutes each time. (We did a lunch and a brewery tour around Detroit). The entire party of 15 could not have been more impressed with the entire day, hugely in part to Steve and the great condition of the Party Bus. I highly recommend utilizing Bozzo's services for a wedding, bachelor party, or any other event!A huge thank you to Debbie and the crew working in the offices, as organizing this entire event from California was not very easy. We had a great experience with Bozzo's for our wedding! We got married on 1/20/2018 and about 6 weeks before then, our previous limo service cancelled on us. My husband and I decided we would be fine with no limo and we'd just carpool with everyone but our best man decided he would try to find new transportation. So, 2 weeks before the wedding, he booked Bozzo's. Bozzo's was completely accommodating and super helpful. He was able to book a limo for the whole bridal party and we had a blast! I definitely will say I wasn’t pleased at all when I was called the day of my reservation to be told that I would need to reschedule. It was my daughters Sweet Sixteen & I already had a bunch of teenage girls ready & excited to go to Dave & Busters. Granted we did have a bad snow storm but when I was told they don’t drive airplanes & that I was putting people in danger I was very stressed out. I was very upset, thankfully the company did what was right in the end. They upgraded us free of charge to a Hummer Limo & got us an amazing driver. Mary was very professional & was very friendly. She was able to help ease my mind about the situation & was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this company just for Mary. They were not great with response time, but everything else was fine. We were told there would be water and stuff on the bus and there wasn't but we planned ahead and brought our own. People made me nervous saying the bus was late for their wedding- but I had no problems! We were able to add on some additional time at the last minute so that was nice. I would advise getting a larger size vehicle than you think you need- with coolers and dresses and etc- it gets tight. We also had one incident where I was told I would be sent something and I wasnt, when I called again- they said they sent it but would send again. Thank you for making our daughter Brianna's last High School Prom a wonderful experience. Her chauffeur Megan was the best. Bozzo's was great. We loved the staff. We did think they were a little pricey....we rented 3 busses in 3 months (for the bachelorette and bachelor party and then our wedding) and we didn't get much of a deal. I would use them again!
