Describe your creative process.

My creative process starts with a conversation with the client about the scope of the project. I enjoy getting to know the client and their style. What they like and what they do not. From there I start making decisions and usually can begin to see the end result rather quickly. From there I will be able to gather designs and collection of design directions and through a series of revisions from the client I can arrive at a design / product that the client will love.

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?

I have a contract that will outline the specifics of the project that I will need signed. Once the contract is signed I will need a deposit that has been agreed to in the contract. Both the contract and deposit are done digitally and are very easy and quick to complete.

What do you love most about your job?

I love creating products for clients that go on to live in the market place. As a former brick and mortar business owner, I know first hand how having a superior, professional looking product directly influences the ability to achieve business and personal goals. I am passionate about delivering a superior level of product to clients, and watching the success of their businesses as a result of my work. It is incredibly rewarding job and I can't see myself doing anything else.

What inspired you to start your own business?

When I began to do freelance work and realized there was a way for me to create a live / work balance. Through the years I was able to slowly move away from the day job and focus on doing freelance full time.
