Aubri with Wild Wags Training is auesome, she has done so much with my Goldendoodle Brady. He is calmer and focused, not jumping or nipping anymore. It is like he looks to me now to learn more. He can already sit, stay, place, heel without pulling. Aubri has been a big help. She also has Saturday group classes. I wanted to help Brady understand and work with us and to not break the bank doing this. Aubri's fees are very reasonable where other trainers were charging up to $2000. We are very happy we went with Wild Wags Training.

Primary Benefits of In-Home Private Dog Training Having your dog attend a class with other dogs can be useful, but they tend to act differently in social settings than they do when they are inside their home. For this reason, training in their primary residence offers not only comfort but avoids distractions and outside pressure that comes with being in an unfamiliar place. Simply put, private dog training allows for a tailored and structured training regiment to perfectly fit your dog’s personality and learning. Our Methods Animals repeat rewarded behavior. What's not rewarded extinguishes (stops occurring). We use rewards - food, praise, play, access to things they want - to keep the good behavior coming and help dogs truly learn, and faster. Modern Training controls outcomes by guiding dogs toward our preferred behaviors. Negative behaviors are decreased or eliminated by teaching the dog an alternative behavior or providing calm, consequences that are not as rewarding to the dog. It works, plain and simple! Focus For Private Dog Training Some of the areas that benefit from our private dog training include: • Potty Training • Crate Training • Puppy Chewing and Nipping • Obedience and Manners • Leash Etiquette • Bark Mitigation • Nuisance and Rowdy Behavior Modification • Exercise and Enrichment Management • Family- Friendly Training Contact us today to discuss your goals! I have always had in a keen need to make a difference and be useful and helpful. I think with dog training you have a large impact on the community and dog culture in general.
I also appreciate the flexibility it affords my schedule. I am able to spend quality time with my family and feel ‘whole’ in my rolls in the household as well as my career.
My mother is also a woman owned business. I always believed that in the multi faceted avenues that a woman can take when planning to start a family, there is great beauty, power and unlimited potential in being able to be your own boss and make your own hours. You also have complete control over how large you want your business to grow and at what pace that you want it to.
I am flexible, empathetic, detail- oriented, knowledgeable, and professional.
Flexible- we train around a schedule that best suites you and your family’s needs!
Empathetic- Being a mom of two dogs, both from very different backgrounds, I have an array of first-hand experience when it comes to puppy rearing and behavior modification. I’m not that type of trainer to make a family feel bad for the choices that they have made, but rather, I completely understand and acknowledge the challenges of juggling a multi- member household, a job, a personal life, AND a dog. I also come with realistic expectations of progress. I don’t believe in guaranteed successes by a predetermined date or your money back, but rather, I train the dog that is right in front of me. This one. This one right here in front of me no other dog. Every dog is special and different and every family‘s needs and pace of learning will be different.
Detail- Oriented- You will always receive handouts or a follow up email with practice instructions after every session. You will always be set up to succeed, and if there are ever any questions after a session, you are more than welcome to email as much as you need in order to attain the success you desire between sessions.
Knowledgeable- Having a Masters level certification in dog training from CATCH canine trainers academy, I come with a large backing of professional and scientific-based knowledge on dog training and behavior. I am also always pushing myself to continue my studies and read as much as I can on new studies and modern training techniques.
Professional- You can expect from me a 10 minute early arrival, readiness and equipment at hand, and an energetic approach to each session.
We can absolutely conference and consult via zoom. I do prefer in-person sessions as a lot of training transfers more readily in person but with the times I am more than happy to accommodate families that would prefer to stay quarantined.
See above. Face masks during sessions are also more than welcome should the family choose such. I am flexible as per each family’s needs :-)
