Jackie is a fabulous dog trainer! She teaches not only the dog, but you as well. She explains why you shouldn't say certain words to your dogs and she makes sure you are softly reprimanding as well as encouraging your dog at the correct times. I've been going for many weeks now and I'm impressed with how easy she makes the training look. The first time I brought my dog, she was able to get him to respond to commands he's never learned before. She makes sure to figure out your pain points and explains how to practice at home before coming to the next class.

This facility is really nice. This was my first time leaving my dog in a kennel (though I paid extra for a private room) and she was well taken care of. The staff in charge of her took the extra care to make sure she was comfortable because she gets stressed when we leave her. Though she didn't want to play with other dogs, she did well with the staff, which makes me happy. The place is clean and they seem to have it together. We'll be bringing her back in the future.
