We met Kristie when she was fostering our dog Mr. Magoo. I remember being worried about the home visit because we had a doberman, Candy, who was not friendly with strangers and fearful of dogs she didn't know. We knew Candy would appear "aggressive" and would have her hackles raised and growling to show her unhappiness with Kristie or Magoo in the house. I thought, this lady is never going to let us adopt Magoo (she had already turned down other adoption requests)...she'll think that Candy will hurt him. Kristie came in and we were so impressed with how she was able to win our doberman's trust in a matter of minutes and had the two dogs walking together soon after their meeting. She could tell that Candy was a good dog and just insecure and that I needed to work on my training so that she wouldn't be so insecure. Kristie is calm and confident and just has this gift with working with dogs. She also helped the whole family with how to continue working to get Candy and Magoo acclimated to each other. They ended up being great friends/playmates and we never had any issues that we couldn't handle thanks to Kristie. That was two years ago...she still checks up to see how everything is going!

I was in a pinch for a dog sitter, and was able to schedule a drop off for my dog within an hour of me calling. I have never used a home based pet service before, but I will definitely be coming back if I ever need a sitter again. Nancy was very nice and great with my dog, and her prices are fantastic; I can have all three of my dogs here for an entire day for the same cost of one dog at a pet resort for a few hours. The home was clean and the backyard was very spacious. The free water activities are a big bonus in this heat, and she even gave him a little bath, all for $10!
