When our previous boss, mentor, and friend passed away, we decided to make the jump and officially hop into the business ourselves. Starting a business is an absolute rush, and we're very glad to have been well equipped before trying it ourselves! The most important info to have with you (if possible) is: room dimensions, employee headcount, deadline, and budget.
