What inspired you to start your own business?
We've been in the office furniture space for a combined decade now, and absolutely love it! When our previous boss, mentor, and friend passed away, we decided to make the jump and officially hop into the business ourselves. Starting a business is an absolute rush, and we're very glad to have been well equipped before trying it ourselves! We've worked with everyone from solopreneurs needing a home office setup for tax deductions all the way up to Fortune 500 companies opening another location! No matter where you are in the business journey, COI has relevant experience and is ready to advise. There's a lot that goes into furniture selection and installation, but thankfully you won't have to worry about that! We handle all of the specs, negotiations, and on-site logistics for you. Everything we need to submit a full quote/proposal can be done over Zoom/Microsoft Teams. The most important info to have with you (if possible) is: room dimensions, employee headcount, deadline, and budget. If you have a floorplan, that definitely makes everything a lot easier, but if not then we'll produce one for you!

Budget Commercial Furniture
Commercial-grade furniture that can be installed in 2-3 weeks at a low cost. This is a great option for the startup or low cost office renovation without sacrificing quality. Much better option for those considering going used.
High End Commercial Furniture
Mid and High-End furniture lines with customization in both finishes (laminate/veneer/Fenix/Corian/marble) and fabrics (moisture barrier/bleach cleanable/UV resistant) with amazing design aesthetics to complete your space! Custom work is always possible here, and with access to the best manufacturers in the US, your imagination is the limit!
Glass Walls/Architectural Walls
Room dividing options that are classified as "furniture" but provide the acoustical properties of well-insulated drywall (usually better) with lead times as fast as 4 weeks.
Benefits of Glass Walls:
-Can divide space
-Carpet and ceiling grid don't need to be ripped up
-HVAC systems don't need to change
-More visible/natural light can exist in the space
-Fast install: you won't be living in a construction zone listening to power tools for 3-6 months
-Fast lead times: Product can ship in 4 weeks
-Classified as furniture: your landlord doesn't NEED to approve this change because the systems aren't fixed to the building and do not alter the structure. They're demountable/temporary and thus, furniture.
-LEED points for sustainability
-Significantly less waste compared to drywall

Office Furniture Install (Project Management)
COI handles commercial furniture installations for State Governments and clients all around the US. After you approve our Quote Package (quote/2D & 3D rendering), we handle the logistics of ordering, shipping, delivering, and installing all furniture at your location by the agreed deadline. Operational efficiency is our specialty!
