Total scam. They charged me monthly for the CRM system for almost year after I paused/canceled my service. Terrible leads and customer service.

it's a total scam and it appears from other people a lot of them that the owner is scamming with false names and false descriptions

Hi, I filled a complaint about ZALE MEDIA LLC with CFPB, basis: TILA Reg Z, not disclosing Finance Charges nor APR
I also spoke with them many times, we agreed to part ways and they would stop charging me. 3 months later I had a $747 charge, and found that weekly/ bi-weekly charges were being made through their CRM Please contact me if you'd like to support a class action lawsuit, I am searching for an attorney. jortiz@fjsolutionsllc.com

Scam scam. Everything they say is lie. All their guarantees is fake. Spent $2800 and not only didn’t get a lot of horrible leads got zero leads.

Whatever you do PLEASE DO NOT EVER use Zale Media! They are a complete scam!!
Within a week and a half of hiring them for $2,500 they got my FB Ad account completely disabled.
I only received 4 leads off of their super generic ads before it was shut down and 2 of those leads weren't even real. They do not answer their phone at all so you have to schedule a call which is always almost a week out. Once FB disabled my ad account due to their ads they basically told me to take it up with FB and didn't help at all. So now I've paid for a service I'm not even getting! They are rude as hell and will refuse to refund you your money.

Very easy to work with, makes sure to scope out the venues and routes prior to know where everything is going to take place, so no time is wasted on wedding day.
