A: Our 360 booth experience is designed for in-person events, where guests can interact, spin, and create high-energy videos live on the platform. So while the booth itself isn’t something we can offer remotely, we do offer online and remote support in the following ways:

? Custom Digital Packages — We can create and ship custom props, overlays, and signage ahead of your event if you're planning a DIY or hybrid setup.

? Virtual Sharing Stations — For clients using a self-service setup or remote locations, we can provide custom landing pages or QR codes that let guests instantly download and share their videos online.

? Remote Planning & Mockups — We offer virtual consultations, mockup previews, and theme planning — so even if your event is out of state or far in advance, we can still help you plan the perfect booth experience.

? Tech Support & Training — For clients with their own equipment or partnering teams, we provide remote setup guidance and live support to make sure everything runs smoothly.
