My husband, friend, and I decided to try this place on a whim and were pleasantly surprised and very excited with the quality of food. Wow! This was so good. Shrimp tacos were great. Nice big shrimp and the green salsa on the side we could drizzle was so yum. The el pastor bowl is just packed with flavor. The loaded chicken fries were different but still really good. And as someone who doesn’t usually care for the pasta salad it also was quite good and a unique side that comes with the fries. Franklin, TN. Best arepas in the Nashville area. You know how Orlando has Lebanese restaurants shoulder to shoulder with South American/Central American/Caribbean restaurants? Well Wilco combines these flavors. I asked if their pork was pernil, and she didn’t know, so I described the marinade ingredients and she said they marinate their pork in pineapple juice, cloves, garlic and other things before cooking it and chopping it up. She named it and it wasn’t carnitas but it was a similar term and I forgot. She rang up my pork arepa as a Cowboy, and it came with divine cilantro garlic crema, pico, grilled plantains and a side of chimichurri sauce to die for, really thick with herbs and good olive oil. The plantains were under the pork and added a great flavor to the whole bite. Who is the genius in the kitchen? My family here is allergic to gluten and they’re gonna live this place because they love carnitas street tacos but this is way better. Kudos to the chef. More...

Was excited to try this place. Menu is interesting and I'm always up to try fusion places. I like food and want to experience all the cuisines I can. It's clean and bright and smells great. The lady behind the counter was nice, counter service, get a number, grab a seat and they bring you your meal. I got Chicken Arepas and the food looked great. There was way more Pico than chicken. The chicken was cold in some spots and dry in others. The kicker was finding a hair in the salsa. Kind of ended my appetite and I wound up tossing half of it away. We had lunch here for the first time and had empanadas, steak aperas and cheese sticks. Everything was phenomenal except the cheese sticks. They were hot on the outside, but a solid rectangle of white cheese was in the middle, not even the least bit warm or melty, which was disappointing because they had so much potential.
