They have a fantastic staff and are more than pleasant to the customers.

I have a different walker each time (3times week). Would be beneficial for my dog to have consistent walkers. It would also be nice if I could know when the walker would be here either the evening before or early in the morning of scheduled walker arrival

Terrible service. They absolutely rip off walkers in order to flash dirt cheap pricing at customers for walks. 4 members of their office staff quit mid-late 2019 aside from their scheduler Austin, including their Operations Manager, Chris Lafferty; CEO Alex, Assistant Ops Manager, and me to work for a competitor. Frank and the other owner constantly did zero work except spitball unsustainable ideas and had HR hiring the absolute trashiest of dog walkers. Missed walks, faked walks, walkers going to walks for clients that had cancelled--you name it. We scheduled our sittings weeks in advance only to receive an e-mail, not even a phone call but an e-mail, cancelling our sitting. I have a crazy husky that is always getting into trouble...not the bad kind, just the crazy things she does. I was lucky when I requested a local dog walker that Andrew was in the area and he had experience with huskies and how they are. The two have hit it off and my dog waits at the window looking for Andrew for their walk now. Can't ask for a better dog walker than that. I'm very pleased with him and his experience. More...

After an injury I was unable to walk my two dogs in the evening. We turned to Waggy Walkys after a reference from a friend. For the past 3 months we have had daily walks in the evening.Our walker, Alicia, was always on-time (or if delayed kept us informed), gained complete trust with us and our dogs. As opposed to a lot of other dog walkers we see around our neighborhood who are constantly on their phones and barely take the dogs for a longer walk, Alicia made sure our guys had all of the time they needed to stretch their legs and do their business. Often times she went over the allotted time to give them a little extra play time. Any time we had to make a change the WW office workers were responsive and accommodating. I loved our experience with Waggy Walkies! Unfortunately it was too good to be true because our walker got a new job. I will need a new walker for the winter months but I haven't contacted the company yet to set up a new interview. ..I just loved my walker Lisa so much. She always left a report card telling what each dog did and would sometimes text me pictures during their walks. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that after she text me to say she was no longer with the company I never got my house key back. I'm sure its lost out there...just a silver key...lol. We fired them after finding out that one of their walkers was lying to us about taking our dog to a dog park. Our neighbors saw that our dog was disgruntled & stressed with our walker. We fired them. Fired. They sent someone new to our apartment when we weren’t home nor notified that they had scheduled a walker. Our concierge had let them into our unit as they claimed that we had schedule a walk with them for our dog. A stranger took our dog & was in our apartment after we had notified that we FIRED their services. This company is hot garbage, I wouldn’t trust my dog within their hands. & I will never recommend this TERRIBLE & MISMANAGED BUSINESS. More...

I have had the best experiences with Waggy Walkys. The staff there are so friendly and responsive. It was so easy to get signed up and I got a meet and greet set up just a couple hours later that evening. They are also very flexible if you need to make changes and being able to schedule walks online is so convenient. So on top of all that... My dog loves his dog walker. DO NOT USE THIS PET SERVICE. They left my dogs with no sitter for 24 hrs. No food, no walks and no one to spend the night with them. If I hadn't checked in they would have gone another 24 hrs. with no care. This after I paid them in advance for supposedly professional services. They lost my home key. The dog walker and company kept blaming one another and nothing was resolved. I ended up eating $2500 to replace my door locks on 8 doors on my property. I trusted them with the master key after the first meet and greet. Then we had 3 different walkers. Then they lost the fob and kept contacting us to gain entry. An overall bad experience. We began using Waggy Walks in 2018 and have been very pleased. We have 2 dogs and one is very reactive with other dogs which involves avoidance techniques. We recommended Waggy Walks to our daughter who also has 2 dogs with one being a very moody growly dog. It’s been working well for her too. Zalen is our dog walker but we’ve had subs too. Emma is fantastic! Reliable and always on time on her walks. My dog loves her. This company is great- they are reliable, accommodating and very responsive. After many issues with Rover (lots of people don’t take the job seriously), Waggy Walkys has been a breath of fresh air.
