The level of service provided by this company is second to none! Mr Smith not only picked me up for my surgery, but he went into the hospital and waited with me until the pre-op nurses were ready for me. I highly recommend this service!!!

This was our first time with Virgin Medical Transportation for my mother's VCU Chemotherapy appointment. Austin and Joseph were most courteous, kind and professional especially with my mother being blind. My mother kept singing their praises of professionalism. More...

Carey , the owner is the most caring professional person. He was attempting to help me set up a ride for a friend that was on a Silver Alert that had ended up in another state. It did not work out because the hospital wanted to keep my friend longer but Carey’s kindness , time spent on the phone with me and willingness to help is a very rare find when situations are complicated. I would highly recommend this company because he treated me like I was family despite the hassles and hoops I had to jump through throughout our situation. More...

Hands down, the best limo service around! We had a teen Bday party and needed a big surprise for the girls to make them feel special, so we thought hiring a limo would be a great way to add a WOW factor! The VIP luxury Transportation went above and beyond our expectations with the service and personal touches to make our daughter and her guests feel very special. They were on time, the limo was clean with all of the nessesaties for the ride and even a special Bday gift for our daughter! We also loved the fact it is a family and veteran run business. HIGHLY recommend and we will use them again! Thank you for the perfect ride! More...

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting people needs and providing safe, reliable transportation
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started this transportation business for two reasons.
The first is because I spent 20 years serving in the US Army and my main specialty was transportation. I have all transportation experience. The second is I lost my son at age 31 years old unexpectedly. He always taught me how to be compassionate and kind to others. He was my inspiration and motivation while serving in the US Army. I want to continue to make him proud from heaven.
